What We Offer
-
Discovery Calls
At Grow Pelvic Health, our goal is to best serve each family we encounter. We like to start with a free introductory call with parents/caregivers in order to learn about your child and understand a bit about your unique situation. We then determine what type of services are recommended for your individual situation - Direct Therapy or Caregiver Consultation. This is also an opportunity for you to get to know us. We want you to feel comfortable and ready before you get started. No fees, no pressure, no obligations.
-
Direct Therapy
Our Direct Therapy services start with a comprehensive evaluation and continues with follow-up sessions.
We holistically assess and address areas that influence your child’s pelvic health, such as breath control, posture, strength and mobility, sensory processing, social-emotional factors, habits and routines, awareness of urge, coordination, pelvic floor function, and more.
Mobile sessions take place in the comfort of your home, and virtual sessions are conducted through our secure telehealth platform. For Direct Therapy, both your child and you - the parent(s)/guardian(s) - will be present.
Direct Therapy is available to families located in Minnesota.
-
Caregiver Consultations
Our Caregiver Consultation services involve only you - the child’s parent(s)/guardian(s) - and are conducted through our secure telehealth platform.
We gather information at your first session and continue with follow-up sessions, walking alongside you as you navigate your child’s bladder and bowel challenges.
This is a great option for caregivers who are looking for general guidance and recommendations or whose children are not yet ready to participate in therapy.
This is also an option for families who reside outside of Minnesota.

But that also means that you probably have less knowledge first-hand of exactly what’s going on toileting-wise with your child than you used to have. Plus - kids don’t necessarily know what’s normal or when they need to alert someone! Toileting troubles can hide under the surface for awhile, and as kids develop increased social awareness, it becomes tougher to talk about issues when they do arise.
